Farming Life in Another World will be adapted into an anime series, which will premiere in January 2023. The series is being animated by Studio Zero-G, and a teaser visual has been posted:

The anime is based on an isekai light novel written by Kinosuke Naito and illustrated by Yasumo. Originally released as a web novel, the work was bought up by Enterbrain, which has published 12 volumes since 2017. A manga adaptation of Farming Life in Another World (Isekai Nonbiri Nouka) by Yasuyuki Tsurugi is also in the works. Since 2017, it has been serialized in Fujimi Shobo’s Monthly Dragon Age, and there are presently 8 volumes available.
One Peace Books licensed the manga in English and describes the plot as:
After Hiraku dies of a serious illness, God brings him back to life, gives his health and youth back, and sends him to a fantasy world of his choice.
