Following the broadcast of the double-length last episode of Kaguya Sama season 3, the official Twitter account of the Kaguya Sama: Love Is War anime series announced that a new anime project is in the process, though it was not specified whether the future project will be a new season or a film. The official Twitter handle made the following announcement:
「かぐや様は告らせたい」

“Kaguya wants to tell you that a new animation production decision has been made,” the tweet says. There is no official release date set for Kaguya Sama’s new project, Love Is War.
The good news for Kaguya fans is that there is enough manga material to make two more anime seasons no matter what anime project, film, OVA, or new season is announced. A total of 267 chapters have been published, with Kaguya Some season 3 adapting the manga up to chapter 137. As a result, there is a lot of manga content to work upon. If you can’t wait for season 4 and want to read manga instead, you can begin from chapter 138.
Kaguya Sama: Love is War is a romantic comedy anime series based on Aka Akasaka’s manga of the same name. They began serialising the manga in May 2015. The manga was picked up by Studio A-1 Pictures for an anime adaptation. The first anime season began in January 2019, with the second season following in April 2020. The third season premiered in April of 2022.
Aka Akasaka, the series’ creator, recently came up about his experience with internet harassment, stating that he nearly gave up drawing manga due to the online hate. Oshi no Kio, Aka Akasaka’s second manga (which he began in 2020), is also getting an anime adaptation.
You can watch the Kaguya Sama: Love Is War anime series on Crunchyroll. They describe the anime series as follows:
From a good family? Check! A good personality? Check! Shuchiin Academy is where all these elite students with bright futures flock to. As the two leaders of the student council, Kaguya Shinomiya and Miyuki Shirogane have supposedly fallen in love… But after almost half a year, nothing has happened!? They both have too much pride and can’t be honest. Things have gotten troublesome, and they are now caught in a war of “How to get the other to confess their love first.” This is a whole new romantic comedy, following an outbreak of cunning warfare between two elite students in love.
