Chainsaw Man manga fans who have been waiting for updates on the second part of the series for a long time may finally rest easy because the manga’s publishing date has been set. The editor has verified that Chainsaw Man Part 2 will be released on July 13th on the official app of Shnen Jump+, written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto.
The big announcement came from Shihei Lin’s official Twitter account, who revealed that the long-awaited second part of the Chainsaw Man manga series will begin publication on the Shnen Jump+ app on July 13th. Chainsaw Man Part 2 will be released simultaneously in Japan and in MANGA Plus in English, Spanish, Thai, French, and Portuguese. Check out the official announcement after the jump:

Chainsaw Man Part 2 Release Date
Last year, at Jump Festa 2022, the creator of the series himself announced that the manga series will return this summer for the much awaited Chainsaw Man Part 2: “Back To School” arc. Part two’s release will only add to the success of Chainsaw Man, which has sold over 12 million copies worldwide. With its anime set to debut in late 2022, there’s no knowing how far Chainsaw Man will go!
Furthermore, a Chainsaw Man panel will take place next month at AnimeExpo 2022, Los Angeles’ largest anime convention. The series’ representatives will attend a special panel on July 4th to provide more details and possibly some major developments about the upcoming Chainsaw Man anime. Synopsis
Written & illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto, Chainsaw Man follows the hectic life of a teenager Denji and his pet Pochita. Living in miserable conditions, Denji dreams of a happy and peaceful life, spending time with a girl he likes. Far from reality, Denji gets involved in killing devils so that he can pay off his enormous debt. But, his luck runs out when he gets murdered by a devil on a similar job.
However, in an unexpected turn of events, Pochita merges with Denji’s dead body and grants him the powers of a Chainsaw Devil. After acquiring the ability to transform his body parts into chainsaws, Denji uses his new skills to brutally dispatch his enemies.
His heroic action, catch the eyes of the strongest devil hunter, Makima and she offers Denji to work at the Public Safety Bureau as one of them. Now with the passion of winning Makima’s heart and living a normal life, Denji decides to face even the toughest of enemies and stop at nothing to achieve his simple teenage dreams.
